Hi Christine, thank you for you product review of the cups. I’ve had a look at your order and you placed the order at 22.21 on the Wednesday evening and selected standard shipping (there is a first class option next to standard). Your order was quickly dispatched and was delivered to you on the Monday. (So within 3 working days of you placing the order). If you wanted to return the items then contact us and when they’re back we will refund you. I’m sorry you were disappointed, as a small business knowing that anyone isn’t happy with the service I work so hard to provide is very upsetting. May I kindly suggest selecting first class in future when ordering in a hurry as when you need something the next day standard shipping won’t get it to you on time. (I have tried to be very transparent about this in my shipping policy).
