Free Delivery over £50

We charge £3.95 for standard delivery or £5.50 for first class.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our standard dispatch time is within 5 working days. If you are in a hurry and need you items soon, please do contact us and we will do our best!

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. Every order leaves carefully packed and packaged after being inspected by us. Any damage on their journey is affected by third party couriers and postage who’s general operation is beyond our control. 

We are not responsible for delays to your delivery during the current Covid-19 pandemic and we will not refund any deliveries that are delayed due to this. If your delivery is delayed please do get in contact and we will do our best.

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours and while most orders are being received quickly delays at the moment are likely so please do bear this in mind.

How does your parcel get from us to you?

 

We use Royal Mail and courier services.

 

International Delivery

 Please note, for all deliveries:

 

Delivery is from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, subject to payment and stock availability. If any items are out of stock you will be contacted via email as soon as possible. Orders cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately we can not be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries and 30 days for overseas deliveries), please contact us in writing at hello@meliandro.com. Please note there is a 14 day cooling off period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcel sent by standard Royal Mail delivery.
